Many people are commenting on our previous post about there account blockage, account on hold and account on waitlist problems.
For these issues, we have some suggestions for you:
- Don’t install Nielsen Confluence App in any other phone with the same credentials you are using.
- Don’t try to make clone of it or install it on second space(in case of Mi phones)
- Same account cannot be used in two phones at one time, make a new account for other phones
- Do not install it in android emulators, they detect emulator and block your account
- Do not share your account details or password with anyone even they are telling you that they are calling from Nielsen’s behalf
- Open the app once in a week, not completely necessary but, it’s good to see your progress and activeness
